When purchasing a subscription or product from Renmoe Library, you are required to provide payment information (such as credit card or PayPal details) directly to our third-party payment processor, Paddle. Renmoe does not collect or store your payment details.

By purchasing a plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as listed on the Website at the time of purchase and at the specified billing intervals.

All prices displayed on the Website are exclusive of applicable taxes. Value-added tax (VAT) or similar taxes may be added based on your location at checkout.

All payments are processed by our payment processor, Paddle, which also handles tax calculation, collection, and remittance where applicable.

Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Refunds are processed through our payment processor, Paddle.

After the 14-day period has passed, refunds are not guaranteed and may be granted at our sole discretion.

Each account is intended for use by a single user only and must not be shared.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to accounts where suspicious or unauthorized activity is detected.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or through the payment provider.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website and services at our discretion where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

We are not responsible for any discrepancies resulting from currency conversion during the payment process. The difference between the amount charged in your local currency and the displayed price is determined by your payment provider or financial institution and is beyond our control.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Renmoe.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Renmoe shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of such external websites or services.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.

If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 3 days’ notice prior to the new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
